"I founded Capricorn Moon after nearly 30 years working across specialty, contemporary, luxury, and lifestyle retail- beginning on the merchant side and evolving into eCommerce and digital growth as the industry changed. Most of that time was spent inside businesses where success required more than ideas. It required execution, accountability, and a deep understanding of how the entire operation actually works.
Over time, I saw a clear gap between what traditional agencies offered and what growing brands truly needed to scale. Capricorn Moon exists because I believed there was an opportunity to build something distinct—more connected, more experienced, and more aligned with how real businesses operate.
I intentionally built Capricorn Moon as a collective of senior experts, each empowered to lead their own accounts with clarity and ownership. This is not a hierarchy-driven model. It’s one built on experience, trust, and accountability- where strategy and execution live together, and leadership sits closest to the work.
